wash away my worries

hindi pa rin ok today. why am i so worried? is it just because of the monthly visitor or will there really be something else? do i want to know? rest or vacation is not an option. i dont think i need a break. i need to calm down. not really relax like relax - beach - chill. i'm being bothered by several negative thoughts. that caused me to forget what day it is today. i thought it's only wednesday..hello earth calling me..it's already friday. oh my. how can it be so fast? well ok..i slept the whole day yesterday. and so i missed thursday.

mom and art said i should always pray for safety and peace of mind. my bad. i pray less lately. i need to reassess my faith and work it out to make it stronger.
